Hey Pastor John,
I’ve been reading the George C. Clark stories* again and have a question. I just read where in the late 1930’s, Preacher Clark said at the end of a meeting in Louisville, KY, “Someone here got established tonight.”
Then, when you met an elderly Sister Mae in the 1970’s, she joyfully told you that she was the one who got established that night.
My question is, how do you know when you’re established?

Hi Michelle,
I didn’t ask Sister Mae Bruce how she knew that night that Jesus had established her in the faith. There really was no need for me to ask. God does not follow a pattern; He deals with each person as He will. So, in such matters, it is best to seek God for what you want, and have your own experience.
