Hi Deborah.
Paul told us that we receive the Spirit through faith, and John told us that “If our conscience does not condemn us, then we have faith toward God.” So, I would simply encourage you to live so closely to Jesus that faith grows and develops in your heart. Do nothing that troubles your conscience. As Solomon said, “Guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life.”
You MUST receive the baptism of the holy ghost, Deborah. Talk to Jesus about it. He will show you what he
wants you to do.
