Isaiah 53

Isaiah 53
1. Who has believed our report? And to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?
2. For he shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground. He has no form or comeliness, and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.

Just wondering. When Isaiah says “and when we shall see him”, is the “we” he is talking about, people after Pentecost who believed and not those who rejected the Son? What point in the future is he addressing?

Isaiah is referring to the way Jesus appeared to the Jews during his ministry on earth among them.
