Hey!
I have a testimony from Saturday night I would like to share. For the past couple of weeks, I have been having some trouble in my left wrist. A sharp pain would shoot through it when I would bend it back. I didn’t remember twisting it, but it felt like I had a sprain. It was getting worse, bad enough that I went to the store a few days ago and got a wrist brace (the kind that have the metal strip to keep you from bending). Plus, it was starting to hurt more just to pick something up or hold it with that hand. I thought that, with the brace, maybe if I kept it straight for the next few days, before we came to NC, it would be okay.
Before the meeting last night, I had the thought to take the brace off and just let my wrist rest during the meeting, and I would put the brace back on before bedtime. So, I did. And then, I didn’t think anymore about it. We started reading Zechariah. It was so good. And so was the song, “Are you washed in the blood?” It sure felt like healing there last night. Then, you mentioned your shoulder and the pain you were feeling and how you went out to the building to pray and talk with Jesus, and then you said you prayed for my mom’s shoulder too. The Spirit hit you and you went and laid hands on her. As I was praying with you all, I just placed my hand over my wrist and rubbed it.
Toward the end of the meeting, I noticed I was moving my wrist back and forth and picking up my bible and moving things around with no pain. I thought, “Jesus, would you do that for me too?” Yes, thank you Jesus, he did! So, I am happy to report today, that I went to bed last night with no wrist brace on, and I am moving it around just fine. Jesus is good. The rest of the night, I just kept thanking Jesus, and today too. It really feels good when Jesus touches you.
Thanks John for last night. The reading we have been doing is excellent! And today, was very good too. Looking forward to seeing you all in just a few days.
