Hey Pastor John,
When Jesus was on the cross and he said, “Oh Father forgive them they know not what they do,” did God not forgive them? I ask this because the Holocost and how it says in Revelation the armies of the earth will gather up against them.

God forgave the ones who repented, Jonathan, and thousands did (Acts 21:20). But as a whole, the Jews did not repent but rejected Jesus, their Messiah. And they have suffered terribly for that error for two thousand years.
