Hello Pastor John,
I recently joined an apostolic Pentecostal church it was great at first but now I’m having mixed feelings. My soul is grieved by some of the members in the church. Well number one, they don’t greet people like the bible say. It can be Sundays some time before my own pastor speak to me. It’s like they judge people on their outer appearances. They have a selective few that had been in the church for a long time and they run everything in the church. They give other people positions but for name only, they still run the ministry. My biggest problem is not showing love to everyone only selective few. Is this common among apostolic Pentecostal churches? Can you please help me understand ?

Since your question deals with relationships within a Christian Church, maybe you should ask a Christian pastor how to deal with it. We have altogether rejected Church religion and the religious system of Christianity as unworthy of Christ.
I sincerely hope it goes well for you, but I cannot give advice on how to deal with relationships within a religion I don’t believe in.
