Need Water Baptism?

Name: mark b.

comments: Funny where the Lord leads you sometimes when you are searching for him.

I read your web site. It is so amazing in how simple it is but how I felt like God was calling out to me. You have really done a wonderful job setting it up and making it easy to navigate. I did a random search of Revivals in North Carolina and this was the first link I came to.

Having said that, as you might imagine by now, I am searching for a renewed relationship with the Lord. Over the past 6 months I have done some serious study and soul searching and have reached the conclusion that I need to be water baptized. I’ve been doing a lot of studying on it since my divorce. I know it’s something I need to do and something I believe I’m ready to do. One of my dilemas is that I travel often. I usually leave on a Saturday and don’t get back until Thursday. So, traditional churches or traditional worships don’t work for me. Plus, I’m no where near an accepting church.

Maybe you understand what I mean. At least I hope you do.

The week of Sept 7th 0 12th I will be on business in your area and would be interested in learning more about receiving water baptism in Jesus name and the Holdy Spirit baptism and what I need to do. If you can write back I sure would appreciate it.

Any suggestions would be really helpful.

Mark

Hi Mark!

Thank you so much for writing! I am out of town right now, but if you really want the answer to your search, there are a number of godly and wise men in the area for you to meet and speak to. You can contact Earl Pittman, Gary Savelli, Keith Hinnant, Taylor Caldwell, Rob Nelson, or any of the others there who live near me. Any of them could answer your questions completely. Just give xxx a call and they can get you in touch with one or all of those guys.

But I can tell you up front what they will say to you to start with – forget water baptism. It’s worthless to your soul.

Your servant in Christ,
Pastor John
