Wow. The texts you have been sending sent me to praying for God’s people, and just as I was getting up, the word “mess” came to mind. I knew to look it up. It’s the condition God’s people are in.

Without faith, Donna, none of us can even believe how bad things really are for God’s precious people. He has to help us not only to see it but to admit it to ourselves. But then, when He does that, the grief can be suffocating (Eccl. 1:18). Dear Father, help your divided, confused children!
