Hey John,
In response to your new blog, “Prisoners to Freedom”. . . .
I believe that is why we were born with a free will. When I think about that, it isn’t because HE wants us to go awry but allows us the choice to do what is in our heart and mind. HIS [preference for us] is to allow us to live life more abundantly in HIM. So, each day we must choose whom we’ll serve.
I want to say I am so very thankful that the Master has thus far given me the heart and mind that wants to do right in HIM, even though at times I feel totally confused as to how. Many days, I feel as if I will never belong anywhere with anyone. In those times, I feel HIS love for me and that allows me to know it isn’t over between Jesus and me. I remember a dream I had several years ago, and I was in deep water and I was sure I wouldn’t make it to the place where I could be rescued, but I did and was saved. I have been trying very hard to see my worth in the Master’s eyes. If I have a request, it is to be in your prayers and, foremost, that Jesus will allow me to see what needs to be done in me.
Very good blog.
Marcella
