John,<\/span><\/p>\n

I went back tonight and listened to part of\u00a0Sunday\u2019s\u00a0meeting.\u00a0 I wanted to hear the part again about catching up with God\u2019s feelings and thoughts.\u00a0 It was so good, and it just continued from one wonderful thought to the next.\u00a0 I wanted to pass along what I heard because it\u2019s worth hearing again!<\/span><\/p>\n

This is what you said:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think we\u2019ve comprehended all together what God has done for us.\u00a0 I feel myself trying to take it in sometimes.\u00a0 God showed me many decades ago that what He\u2019s after is to get us to catch up to Him.\u00a0 That\u2019s where Jesus was.\u00a0 He had caught up with God.\u00a0 He knew what God was doing that day.\u00a0 He knew what God was thinking that moment.\u00a0 He saw things as God saw them, and he felt things that God was feeling right then.\u00a0 He wasn\u2019t living looking backwards.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve always had to look backwards to find out what God has done for us, but He wants His children to grow up in Him so we know what He\u2019s feeling now so that we can say, \u2018God\u2018s going to do this\u2019 because we know that\u2019s what God\u2019s thinking right then.\u00a0 That\u2019s what He wants for us, to live in the grace and the full measure of Christ.\u00a0 Amen!\u00a0 No longer moved by various winds of doctrine because we\u2019ve caught up with our Father, and we\u2019re walking with Him.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cJohn said, \u2018Our fellowship is with the Father and the Son\u2019 because He had caught up with Jesus.\u00a0 He knew the Lord.\u00a0 That\u2019s why he wasn\u2019t against Paul\u2019s Gospel.\u00a0 He had caught up with God, and he said Amen to it.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

“You can\u2019t even say, Amen to the truth unless it\u2019s already in your heart somewhere, unless God stuck it in sometime when you weren\u2019t looking. You were studying the Bible or doing something else.\u00a0 Amen!\u00a0 He just gets it in there.\u00a0 That\u2019s why David said, \u2018Oh God, incline my heart to Your testimonies.\u00a0 God do something in me that I can\u2019t do.\u2019\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd God has done something to you that you can\u2019t do if you hear that \u2018still, small voice\u2019 of the Spirit guiding you.\u00a0 He\u2019s done something to you if you love the truth.\u00a0 He loved you first, and He put love for Him in your heart before you knew it was there.\u00a0 And then, when you heard His voice, you loved it.\u00a0 And you\u2019ll be surprised and say, \u2018I love this!\u00a0 What happened to me?\u2019\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI said a long time ago the truth is a good cancer.\u00a0 It will eat you up, but that\u2019s a good way to die – to be eaten up with the cancer of the truth. It eats up that old man and his opinions, and catches you up with Jesus and where he is now.”<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWhere he is now!\u00a0 That\u2019s getting to know yourself.\u00a0 You get to know yourself when you come to know him.\u00a0 It\u2019s the only time you know the body and who\u2019s who in the body, the only time you know who is in the body and where in the body \u2018who\u2019 is.\u00a0 You don\u2019t know anything until you know him.\u00a0 All knowledge is hidden in the Son, including the knowledge of yourself and each other.\u00a0 We know each other in the Lord, but knowing God is the way we came to know each other.\u00a0 The rest have got secrets here and there, secret opinions, secret feelings.\u00a0 We get in the Lord together, then I know you. Amen!”<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cGod, let us catch up with our Father!\u00a0 Amen!\u00a0 Because He\u2019s doing things right now.\u00a0 He\u2019s doing things!\u00a0 He\u2019s putting things in you right now.\u00a0 Oh God, put Your will deep in our hearts!\u00a0 Put Your ways in our mind.\u00a0 Stabilize our thoughts and feelings!\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

John, I\u2019m so thankful that I love the truth.\u00a0 That he put it in there!\u00a0 He\u2019s letting it grow and grow.\u00a0 I want to fully catch up with him and his ways. That\u2019s truly walking with him!<\/span><\/p>\n
