{"id":11752,"date":"2020-12-22T22:41:00","date_gmt":"2020-12-22T22:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pjhmail.wordpress.com\/?p=11752"},"modified":"2020-12-22T22:41:00","modified_gmt":"2020-12-22T22:41:00","slug":"better-than-outrage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pastorjohnshouse.com\/mailbag\/11752\/better-than-outrage\/","title":{"rendered":"Better than Outrage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Pastor John,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">I passed through the living room and a Ritz Crackers Christmas commercial came on the television showing three homosexual\u00a0 black men at a table, and one was dressed in a wig, as a woman.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">I was sickened beyond anything I&#8217;ve seen.\u00a0 My first thought, for a moment, was to take names and never patronize those brands again.\u00a0 But I then realized that it is everywhere, and in everything &#8211; the spirit of this age.\u00a0 You would have to stop living in this world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">The Lord let me know that real peace, the peace the Lord gives, is being able to use all these things in this world as gifts from God while we travel through this world, without ever reacting against the mess that is attached to it.\u00a0 My cause is to obey the Spirit and keep my mind on Him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">A prayer for those in that condition is so much better than outrage and a boycott.\u00a0 And maybe could help.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Jerry<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pastor John, I passed through the living room and a Ritz Crackers Christmas commercial came on the television showing three homosexual\u00a0 black men at a table, and one was dressed in a wig, as a woman.
