I am so grateful Jesus had mercy on Suzi and me to bring us out of all that superstition. I know in my heart that it was only his mercy and nothing to do with me. It is bewitching. I spent many years under its spell thinking I was doing the right thing. I would still be there if I had not been rescued.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">After I received the holy Ghost I tried to be a good Christian, particularly a good catholic.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#000000;\"> It was the Spirit that made me start asking questions and doubting the affects of ceremonies and rituals. Jesus opened my eyes to see that those things could not change a person\u2019s heart. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">I remember one time I told you that a relative told me that I was the most bound up person that they knew because I stopped partaking in ceremonies. You said that they were not free enough to not take part in them.
