{"id":13280,"date":"2022-09-16T19:24:45","date_gmt":"2022-09-16T19:24:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pjhmail.wordpress.com\/?p=13280"},"modified":"2022-09-16T19:24:45","modified_gmt":"2022-09-16T19:24:45","slug":"politics-and-fellowship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pastorjohnshouse.com\/mailbag\/13280\/politics-and-fellowship\/","title":{"rendered":"Politics and Fellowship"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Hello Pastor John!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">I pray you, Barbara and the whole family is on the mend!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">I have been having the same message repeatedly on my morning walks.\u00a0 It&#8217;s been about fellowship.\u00a0 \u00a0I have prayed for more fellowship recently and I believe this is my lesson.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Politics* WILL kill fellowship.\u00a0 I sometimes watch the news feeds about politics, world issues and the antics used to sway the viewers back and forth while guiding the viewer&#8217;s beliefs.\u00a0 Some happy, some not, ready to fight over the same message.\u00a0 But none of it is true and none of it matters.\u00a0 What my opinion of this politician or that one will change nothing.\u00a0 Whether they appear good while doing bad, or evil while trying to do good. They are all instruments of God, and He doesn&#8217;t want me involved.\u00a0 I may like a politician that someone else sitting next to me in a meeting does not like.\u00a0 How can the Spirit flow freely?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Don&#8217;t be swayed by politics, neither form an opinion or thought about what is God&#8217;s business.\u00a0 We cannot know the heart of it all, nor the end.\u00a0 Me\/us meddling in His business may cause me\/us to stay in Egypt longer.\u00a0 My vote will not matter in the political race; God will put in charge who He wants; but what has my vote done to my heart, my fellowship, and most importantly, my trust that God will do the right thing?!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">I pray I conveyed what the holy Ghost has given me in a way that is acceptable to God.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Love<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#000000;\">Mark<\/span><\/p>\n<p>* <span style=\"color:#3366ff;\"><a style=\"color:#3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.goingtojesus.com\/gtj_tracts.html?tname=tract-029-politicsandbelievers\">https:\/\/www.goingtojesus.com\/gtj_tracts.html?tname=tract-029-politicsandbelievers<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello Pastor John!
