{"id":14017,"date":"2023-08-10T13:21:23","date_gmt":"2023-08-10T13:21:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pjhmail.wordpress.com\/?p=14017"},"modified":"2023-08-10T13:21:23","modified_gmt":"2023-08-10T13:21:23","slug":"tonights-meeting-aug-92023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pastorjohnshouse.com\/mailbag\/14017\/tonights-meeting-aug-92023\/","title":{"rendered":"Tonight\u2019s Meeting (Aug. 9,2023)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">John,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">I am so thankful and excited about what you taught us tonight in the introduction to the Job study we are about to read together.\u00a0 In Proverbs 4:7, it says, &#8220;Wisdom is the principal thing; get wisdom!\u00a0 And with all your getting, get understanding!&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">What you taught us tonight about Satan was clearer to me than what I have learned in the past.\u00a0 As you said, it &#8220;cleared out some smoke.&#8221;\u00a0 We are getting a better understanding of who God is!\u00a0 And that understanding takes away fear and doubt and confusion about Satan and who he is.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">How much better it is to have understanding!\u00a0 It takes away fears, confusion and doubts, and replaces it with trust, confidence and respect in the One who it belongs to: God.
