Hi Pastor John,<\/span><\/p>\n

There were so many good things said last night at the meeting that I had to go back and re-listen and transpose some of what you said, so that I can refer back to it, and share it, too.<\/span><\/p>\n

“If you\u2019ll wait on God, He can handle it. He will lead you.\u00a0\u00a0You\u2019ll feel the right thing, and there\u2019s no pressure to do anything or not do anything.\u00a0\u00a0There\u2019s no pressure.\u00a0\u00a0There\u2019s just life.\u00a0\u00a0Rest in the Lord and live.\u00a0\u00a0He\u2019ll bring it to pass.\u00a0\u00a0He\u2019ll take care of the situation.\u00a0\u00a0Pray to stay alive and don\u2019t fall into the trap of form.\u00a0\u00a0If you do, something wrong is going to seem right because it fits the pattern in your head.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0And something God does\u00a0may seem very wrong because it doesn\u2019t fit the form.\u00a0\u00a0We\u2019re not here to celebrate form; we\u2019re here to celebrate the Son of God and what He\u2019s done for us.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

“The will of God is right now.\u00a0\u00a0You won\u2019t find it in a book; you\u2019ll find it in the Spirit.\u00a0\u00a0What will make Him happy right now?\u00a0\u00a0What will satisfy God and please Him right now?\u00a0\u00a0Whatever you feel in your heart from the Spirit of God, whether to be still or to speak.\u00a0\u00a0Whatever.\u00a0\u00a0There\u2019s just no form to go by.\u00a0\u00a0There\u2019s no form in Heaven.\u00a0And when it\u2019s in the Spirit, it accomplishes something.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cObedience to God will yield the results you\u2019re after.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Waiting on the Lord, you\u2019ll get there.\u00a0\u00a0But do it in God\u2019s way and\u00a0in\u00a0God\u2019s time.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Most people who get off the right track with Jesus are trying to do something\u00a0they think is\u00a0good.\u00a0\u00a0Wait on the Lord.\u00a0\u00a0David was waiting out there taking care of his father\u2019s flock, playing music, learning how to\u00a0use\u00a0a\u00a0sling, just waiting on the Lord.\u00a0\u00a0God chose to use David, and he had\u00a0just\u00a0been waiting, doing what he was supposed to do.\u00a0\u00a0God said,\u00a0‘I\u2019ve got something I can use that guy for.’\u00a0\u00a0Just go about your life and live.\u00a0\u00a0Don\u2019t feel any pressure to do anything.\u00a0\u00a0Just do what you\u2019re supposed to do.\u00a0\u00a0Do your job well, do your schoolwork well.\u00a0‘Wait on the Lord and He will bring it to pass.’\u00a0\u00a0He may leave us on the shelf\u2026\u00a0\u00a0If he wants to leave me on the shelf, that\u2019s fine as long as He\u2019s happy with me.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

“If you\u2019ll patiently follow the Spirit, love the truth, treat people right, walk in the Spirit, you\u2019ll end up with a whole life of testimonies.\u00a0\u00a0Be patient.\u00a0\u00a0Just go through this life trusting God, waiting on the Lord,\u00a0or\u00a0moving when He says move, getting still\u00a0when He says be still,\u00a0because the time will come when He\u2019ll bring it to pass, and it will be worth it.”<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
