{"id":14609,"date":"2024-01-28T10:18:35","date_gmt":"2024-01-28T15:18:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pastorjohnshouse.com\/mailbag\/?p=14609"},"modified":"2024-02-28T10:20:40","modified_gmt":"2024-02-28T15:20:40","slug":"liberty-of-individual-conscience-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pastorjohnshouse.com\/mailbag\/14609\/liberty-of-individual-conscience-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Liberty of Individual Conscience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Good morning Pastor John,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I just read something that you said in the Thought for the Evening (TFE), January 26.\u00a0\u00a0I felt it when I read it.\u00a0\u00a0It made me think of how many saw the dying condition I was in, prayed for a miracle,\u00a0and then when God sent one, they hated\u00a0it.\u00a0\u00a0They would rejoice if that dead old girl was propped up in a pew somewhere, but\u00a0they rejected the life Jesus brought\u00a0me\u00a0because they love death.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">That is something!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">What good and sound instruction this is from Jesus.\u00a0\u00a0It is a relief and a comfort.\u00a0\u00a0I love that about the truth.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">And I love you. I am thankful Jesus put me with you. You recently told of how\u00a0when you were in sin,\u00a0Jesus showed you that\u00a0those around you were not better off for knowing you.\u00a0That\u00a0brings tears to my eyes even writing this because Jesus certainly changed that.\u00a0\u00a0My soul has flourished under your care. I am\u00a0<em><strong>only<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0better for knowing you.\u00a0\u00a0Jesus did that&#8230;for both of us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Here is what you wrote in this TFE:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;<em><strong>Always remember this, anyone who does not love the truth loves death. They are blind.
