Satan was full of wisdom and yet pride made him a fool. It made me seek out what God says about wisdom. There are 217 verses on wisdom. It struck me that in Jam 3:17 it describes wisdom from above being full of mercy. Satan did not have that. Many of the 217 verses speak of seeking God for wisdom and it made me pray to have nothing in my heart that cancels out God&#8217;s mercy in letting me see and know any heavenly thing. It really leaves me praying for a pure heart. What good is wisdom without a pure heart? It made me think of Solomon too. God is teaching us so much and I want a pure heart to put it in.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This has been wonderful to eat on. We will most likely not be able to come Wed because Jerry is still sick but our hearts will be there sitting at your feet and eating this up! Miss you all!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Everything Ruined (excerpts from The Father and Son: Remembrances, 19) \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> Satan\u2019s prosecution of transgressors and all his other efforts to maintain God\u2019s favor had been <\/strong><\/span><strong style=\"font-family: var(--wp--preset--font-family--fontprimary); font-size: var(--wp--preset--font-size--superbfont-xsmall); background-color: var(--wp--preset--color--base);\">done with all his heart, but his heart was perverse.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> What fool ever thinks that he has been treated fairly when he reaps what he has sown?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> The resurrection and ascension of Jesus ruined everything, from Satan\u2019s point of view, and <\/strong><strong style=\"font-family: var(--wp--preset--font-family--fontprimary); font-size: var(--wp--preset--font-size--superbfont-xsmall); background-color: var(--wp--preset--color--base);\">when he was cast out, Satan was neither afraid or ashamed, but furious.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> If righteous judgment ever seems right to a fool, it is only when it is applied to someone else.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> Rather than humbling themselves and crying out to God for mercy, proud fools like Satan <\/strong><strong style=\"font-family: var(--wp--preset--font-family--fontprimary); font-size: var(--wp--preset--font-size--superbfont-xsmall); background-color: var(--wp--preset--color--base);\">respond to God\u2019s righteous judgment by pitying themselves as victims of it.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Righteous judgment is never wrong, for it comes from God\u2019s kind of life.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Eze. 28:17\u00a0Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; you have corrupted your\u00a0wisdom\u00a0because of your brightness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1Co. 1:21\u00a0For when, in the\u00a0wisdom\u00a0of God, the world by\u00a0wisdom\u00a0did not know God, it pleased God, by the foolishness of preaching, to save those who believe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1Co. 2:6\u00b6\u00a0Yet, we do speak\u00a0wisdom\u00a0among those who are perfect, but not the\u00a0wisdom\u00a0of this world, nor of the rulers of this world who are being brought to nothing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1Co. 2:7\u00a0Rather, we speak the\u00a0wisdom\u00a0of God in a mystery, the hidden\u00a0wisdom\u00a0which God predetermined before the ages for our glory,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1Co. 3:19\u00a0For the\u00a0wisdom\u00a0of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, \u201cHe catches the wise in their own craftiness.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Col. 1:28\u00a0whom we proclaim, warning every man and teaching every man in all\u00a0wisdom\u00a0so that we might present to God every man perfect in Christ Jesus,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Jam. 3:15\u00a0This\u00a0wisdom\u00a0does not come down from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Jam. 3:17\u00a0But the\u00a0wisdom\u00a0from above is, first of all, pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial, and sincere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Job. 12:16\u00a0With Him are strength and sound\u00a0wisdom; to Him belong the deceiver and the deceived.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Job. 13:5\u00a0If only you would shut up, and let that be your\u00a0wisdom!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Isa. 47:10\u00a0You were bold in your wickedness, and you thought, \u201cThere is no one who sees me.\u201d Your\u00a0wisdom\u00a0and your knowledge turned you from me, and you said in your heart, \u201cI am, and there is none besides me.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Elizabeth D.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tell us what you think:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/WitnessofSpirit\/status\/1828809234416550258\">https:\/\/x.com\/WitnessofSpirit\/status\/1828809234416550258<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pastor John, This is really something.
