{"id":15892,"date":"2025-08-03T15:49:29","date_gmt":"2025-08-03T20:49:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pastorjohnshouse.com\/mailbag\/?p=15892"},"modified":"2025-08-10T15:50:52","modified_gmt":"2025-08-10T20:50:52","slug":"happy-to-be-free","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pastorjohnshouse.com\/mailbag\/15892\/happy-to-be-free\/","title":{"rendered":"Happy to be Free"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hi Pastor John,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I had a wonderful experience on Wednesday that really taps into what we were rejoicing about today.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As I was leaving this farm where I buy produce, there was a gravel road that is long and goes out to the main road.\u00a0 I cautiously left because I knew there were families around.\u00a0 But when I was halfway down it, I felt a spirit that has been close to me in my life say (I call it the downward, \u2018what if\u2019 spiraling spirit of worry), \u201cWhat if you left too fast and gravel kicked up and hit people?\u201d\u00a0 I felt that familiar ton of bricks hit my conscience, that sinking feeling that makes you feel like you cannot breathe.\u00a0 The mental gymnastics of the worst case scenarios swiftly flowed through me in a familiar cadence.\u00a0 Then, I heard another voice, and I\u00a0<em>knew<\/em>\u00a0that Spirit. It was God\u2019s Spirit saying to me, \u201cEverything is fine.
