Hey Brother John,<\/span><\/p>\n

I want to thank you and Jesus for the message you gave us last night (March 4, 2015).\u00a0 After that, I had some thoughts that I felt in the Spirit were not right in the sight of God.\u00a0 But at the time, I didn’t really know what thoughts I should have been having.\u00a0 Last night, I found out what was right.\u00a0 I am just so thankful that you are my Pastor, and you keep me on the right path, and that Jesus is still conforming me to his image.\u00a0 Its very humbling to be loved like that.\u00a0 Hopefully, \u00a0I can grow to the point that I won’t have to be reminded of how a righteous man thinks and feels, but be full enough of the love of God that loving His children rightly will just simply be who I am.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hey,<\/span><\/p>\n

I am helping Amy proofread some of the \u200bedits for \u200b<\/span>Father and Son book<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 This is\u00a0from\u00a0Chapter 1, and it\u00a0had the same sweet feeling of love with it that your message\u00a0\u200bWednesday night had.\u00a0 Both times it brought tears to my eyes.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

HIS OWN THOUGHTS IN HEAVEN<\/span><\/p>\n

The verses below, from Hebrews 2, reveal thoughts, words, and deeds that belonged to the Son before he came to earth.\u00a0\u00a0They show that the Word who was with God in the beginning was a thinking, feeling, speaking being who loved both his Father and us and who desired to heal the breach between us and the Father which our sins had caused, regardless of what it cost him personally.\u00a0<\/span><\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>The author, quoting Old Testament scriptures, tells us that the Son, while still in heaven, thought on us with great affection and spoke of us to the Father:<\/span><\/p>\n

Hebrews 2<\/span><\/p>\n

The One [the Father] who sanctifies and they who are sanctified [the Son and those who believe in him] are all of One, for which cause he [the Son] is not ashamed to call them brothers,\u00a0\u00a0saying [in Psalm\u00a022:22], \u201cI [the Son] will declare your [the Father\u2019s] name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation will I sing you praise!\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a013b. And again [in Isaiah\u00a08:18], \u201cBehold, I and the children which God gave to me!\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Also, I was listening to Aunty Betty & Uncle Earl\u2019s cd,\u00a0“A Simple Life”<\/span><\/a>\u00a0,yesterday.\u00a0 The song Aunt Betty sings,\u00a0\u201cA Thousand Tongues\u201d goes along with this message.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cAnd though I speak a thousand tongues,<\/span><\/p>\n

    To praise your name each day,<\/span><\/p>\n

    Without your love in my heart,<\/span><\/p>\n

    They\u2019re only words to say,<\/span><\/p>\n

    To you Jesus, To you Jesus.<\/span><\/p>\n

    For you to accept them,<\/span><\/p>\n

    I must be true.<\/span><\/p>\n

    For you to accept me,<\/span><\/p>\n

    I must be true.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

    The Father and the Son both really loved us more than themselves.\u00a0 I pray to really be that way, too.<\/span><\/p>\n
