{"id":5650,"date":"2015-03-27T18:21:49","date_gmt":"2015-03-27T18:21:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pjhmail.wordpress.com\/?p=5650"},"modified":"2015-03-27T18:21:49","modified_gmt":"2015-03-27T18:21:49","slug":"last-meal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pastorjohnshouse.com\/mailbag\/5650\/last-meal\/","title":{"rendered":"Last Meal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Hi Pastor John!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">I was driving home from Paducah Kentucky the other day, thinking about how much Jesus has changed my life. \u00a0How He changed my thoughts and desires, how He changed my heart. \u00a0I recently received the newest meeting CDs and spent that whole trip listening to them. \u00a0The joy that comes through songs like\u00a0 &#8220;The joy of the Lord&#8221; or\u00a0 &#8220;I want to love Him more&#8221; really are such a blessing. \u00a0I often turn on the radio in those rural areas looking for old gospel songs. \u00a0I have yet to hear one that brings the same feelings our music brings. \u00a0I remember being drawn to Jesus through brother Earl singing. \u00a0I still am. I am probably known as the &#8220;crazy lady&#8221; here in town because I always have my hand raised (often with tears running down my face) singing my heart out to Jesus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">When I was driving home during this trip, I was thanking Jesus for loving me and changing me. \u00a0I had the sweetest thought come. I thought, &#8220;Jesus if I die today this is what I want for my last meal.&#8221; \u00a0It&#8217;s true. \u00a0These feelings are what I would want. \u00a0I wish all those wanting Jesus could hear and feel what God has so sweetly given to us. \u00a0Oh if they could just eat. \u00a0I am thankful to be fed.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Beth\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">=========<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#0000ff;\"><em>What a precious testimony, Beth! \u00a0We are blessed, aren&#8217;t we?<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#0000ff;\"><em>Pastor John<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi Pastor John!
