Good morning Pastor John,<\/span><\/p>\n

The last night at the beach Jenny and I went for a bike ride.\u00a0 It was a beautiful night.\u00a0As I was riding back\u00a0I started thinking about you, Kathy, Gary, Sammy, the\u00a0little girl that was bitten by the shark\u00a0and many more.\u00a0 Every time I had a thought about each I heard, “but I had mercy…”\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Last night I was turning the TV and saw some show about an accident that happened in 2007.\u00a0 A huge bridge had fallen and the survivors were telling of their experiences.\u00a0 One lady was in her car and fell into the Mississippi river.\u00a0 She was saying how she knew she was going to die but kept hitting against the car to get out.\u00a0 She\u00a0does not remember how she got out of the car but she did and she made it to shore.\u00a0 One man’s car took a nose dive 70 yards straight down.\u00a0 All his window were blown out and the car was crushed in except where he was sitting.<\/span><\/p>\n

All I kept thinking as I was listening\u00a0is, “What would we do without His mercy?”<\/span><\/p>\n

This morning I woke up with this still on my mind.\u00a0 I began reading\u00a0Psalm 136:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b9O give thanks unto the\u00a0Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

2\u00a0<\/sup>O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

3\u00a0<\/sup>O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

4\u00a0<\/sup>To him who alone doeth great wonders: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

5\u00a0<\/sup>To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

6\u00a0<\/sup>To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

7\u00a0<\/sup>To him that made great lights: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/span><\/p>\n

8\u00a0<\/sup>The sun to rule by day: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/span><\/p>\n

9\u00a0<\/sup>The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

10\u00a0<\/sup>To him that smote Egypt in their firstborn: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/span><\/p>\n

11\u00a0<\/sup>And brought out Israel from among them: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/span><\/p>\n

12\u00a0<\/sup>With a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

13\u00a0<\/sup>To him which divided the Red sea into parts: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/span><\/p>\n

14\u00a0<\/sup>And made Israel to pass through the midst of it: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/span><\/p>\n

15\u00a0<\/sup>But overthrew Pharaoh and his host in the Red sea: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

16\u00a0<\/sup>To him which led his people through the wilderness: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

17\u00a0<\/sup>To him which smote great kings: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/span><\/p>\n

18\u00a0<\/sup>And slew famous kings: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/span><\/p>\n

19\u00a0<\/sup>Sihon king of the Amorites: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/span><\/p>\n

20\u00a0<\/sup>And Og the king of Bashan: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/span><\/p>\n

21\u00a0<\/sup>And gave their land for an heritage: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/span><\/p>\n

22\u00a0<\/sup>Even an heritage unto Israel his servant: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

23\u00a0<\/sup>Who remembered us in our low estate: for his mercy endureth for ever:<\/span><\/p>\n

24\u00a0<\/sup>And hath redeemed us from our enemies: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

25\u00a0<\/sup>Who giveth food to all flesh: for his mercy endureth for ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

26\u00a0<\/sup>O give thanks unto the God of heaven: for his mercy endureth for ever.”<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I’m so thankful for His mercy Pastor John.\u00a0\u00a0Makes me want to stay in the Masters hands.<\/span><\/p>\n
