I am so glad and thankful for all the protection you have given us over the years,\u200b John.\u00a0 So often I have seen the pastoral wisdom the Spirit has given you to see dangers “afar off” – things we would not have caught, or been aware of, but the pastor has seen it coming.\u00a0 That’s the love of God for us, and\u00a0I love to see that gift function through you… it makes me feel safe and thankful.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks for your faithfulness to your calling.\u00a0 Go Jesus!<\/span><\/p>\n

Troublesome Saints<\/span><\/p>\n

I want everybody to be here in this Assembly of saints who wants to be here.\u00a0 But there are some who, if allowed to come, would cause this body unnecessary problems; so, I cannot allow it.\u00a0 Still, I do not like being in a room with just\u00a0some<\/em>\u00a0of God\u2019s people; I would sincerely love to be with all of them.\u00a0 And I believe that everybody who has a heart for that to happen is going to see it when it does happen.\u00a0 Someday, all who truly love peace and seek it will be together with God and His Son, and with every other believer who truly desires peace.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the meantime, I must remain alert.\u00a0\u00a0Some of God\u2019s people love themselves more than they love others, and because of that, trouble follows them wherever they go.\u00a0The sheep of God\u2019s pasture must be protected from such people, and it is the shepherd\u2019s responsibility to do so.<\/span><\/p>\n
