{"id":7642,"date":"2016-06-26T01:02:21","date_gmt":"2016-06-26T01:02:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pjhmail.wordpress.com\/?p=7642"},"modified":"2016-06-26T01:02:21","modified_gmt":"2016-06-26T01:02:21","slug":"jesus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pastorjohnshouse.com\/mailbag\/7642\/jesus\/","title":{"rendered":"Jesus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Pastor John,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">The other morning I was driving into work, and as I was heading up a busy two lane hwy past the center of town, a very small but legal motorcycle pulled out some distance in front of me. My first thought was, &#8220;That smaller bike is not going to be able to keep up with traffic.&#8221; \u00a0I was still ten car lengths back, and the Spirit spoke to me very clearly and said to me: &#8220;Does that man feel safe? &#8230;.. He should! No one should ever feel safer than they do when God&#8217;s children are behind them.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">It let me know that God cares very much how we make people feel. All people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">I considered every time that I have had someone riding close to my rear bumper while driving, and the anxiety and uneasiness that it caused me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">I then wondered if I also have ridden too close to someone, when I was feeling in a hurry\u00a0to get somewhere? \u00a0I thought about\u00a0what I\u00a0would have made them feel&#8230;anxiety, fear, anger?\u00a0At last, I thought of what I heard from the Spirit many years ago: &#8220;If you are not bringing the best out of God&#8217;s people, what are you bringing out of them?&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">And I thought, what am I bringing out of people in the world? \u00a0I repented at that moment, brother John, of ever doing that to another person. \u00a0It is ungodly to make others feel anything but safety and comfort, out on these roads.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">I thank God for changing us Pastor John.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Jerry<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pastor John, The other morning I was driving into work, and as I was heading up a busy two lane hwy past the center of town, a very small but legal motorcycle pulled out some distance in front of me.
