I love this! \u00a0If I remember right, I’ve heard you say that when you feel the Spirit, it’s doing something for you. Whew! \u00a0This is what you are saying, in another way, and it is so good! \u00a0It’s like he is saying, “I kill you so that you can live.” \u00a0Makes me want to keep the Holy Ghost stirred up even more. \u00a0Go Jesus Go!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Every time a person resists the feelings of the Spirit, every time they fail to yield when the Power moves, they are choosing death over life, damnation over glorification. I’ve never understood it so clearly. That is a terrifying thought.<\/span><\/p>\n

Brother \u00a0John, I love this message “God Is at War with Death”. That is wonderful to think on, to take in, and to understand that when the Spirit is moving within me (us) God is really conquering the death that is in the flesh. It even helps me understand “joy unspeakable” better. I knew that the feelings of the Spirit made me feel such great joy but I don’t think I ever connected it with God overcoming death in the flesh, at least not like this message explains it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Makes me want more, more, more feelings in the Spirit and then I can say, die, flesh die!! Because I know God is winning in me!!<\/span><\/p>\n

Love this and thank you so much. Something about this has started my day off super great.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is\u00a0so good! \u00a0Just reading it, I feel the spirit running through my body! Yes, I want to praise God and cheer him on, and let Jesus win every battle that I face in my life. \u00a0I do talk to Jesus and tell him I have fear of death. \u00a0I don’t want to be afraid because I know it is coming one day, but I also know that I do belong to him. \u00a0Hope to see you soon love you.<\/span><\/p>\n

God Is at War with Death<\/span><\/p>\n

June 30, 2016<\/span><\/p>\n

God is at perpetual war with death.\u00a0 Death is an enemy, Paul said. \u00a0\u201cThe last enemy to be destroyed is death\u201d (1Cor.\u00a015:26<\/span>).\u00a0 And do you know\u00a0how<\/em>\u00a0God fights death?\u00a0 It\u2019s not by railing against it, or shooting guns.\u00a0 Every time the Spirit moves on you, God is fighting with death.\u00a0 The life of the Spirit is the victory over death!\u00a0 Every time you feel the Spirit, God is conquering the death that is in your flesh.<\/span><\/p>\n

God doesn\u2019t fight like people fight.\u00a0 Peace is His weapon; joy is His weapon; truth is His weapon.\u00a0 Every time God heals somebody, He is overcoming death; He\u2019s fighting, and He\u2019s winning.\u00a0 It is no wonder Jesus said, \u201cHe that believes in me shall never die.\u201d \u00a0Even if you \u201cfall asleep in Jesus\u201d, you will rise again.\u00a0 \u201cHe that is alive and believes in me shall never die.\u201d\u00a0 People may say\u00a0you\u2019re\u00a0dead, but you will not be dead.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We feel it when God is fighting.\u00a0 We are blessed when the battle is raging.\u00a0 It\u2019s \u201cjoy unspeakable\u201d for us when God is overcoming death.\u00a0 Every time God speaks to you, He\u2019s fighting against death, and He\u2019s winning in you.\u00a0 That\u2019s where\u00a0God\u2019s\u00a0warfare is, in the Spirit, and when you feel His joy and peace, the Spirit is winning.\u00a0 If you stay in the Spirit, you win with it.\u00a0 Solomon said, \u201cIn the pathway of righteousness there is no death\u201d \u2013 none.\u00a0 Stay on that pathway!\u00a0 There is no death in the holy Ghost;\u00a0\u201cthe Spirit is life, because of righteousness.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Let’s praise God and cheer Him on!\u00a0 Win, God, Win!\u00a0 Let Him win in you!<\/span><\/p>\n
