John, this morning I was going through some documents, and I found this one, from an email from you in 2008.<\/p>\n
It felt so good to my soul, I wanted to type it out and send it back!\u00a0 Something about it felt like I felt last night, when God’s presence was so sweet to my soul John.\u00a0 Oh, to live in that place, with those feelings.\u00a0 I still feel gratefulness this morning.<\/p>\n
God’s Spirit is our refreshing.<\/p>\n

\n“It is good to be back home after an absence of eleven days.\u00a0 Late tonight, in prayer in my office, my earnest prayer to God contained more than just my words.\u00a0 Sometimes God would finish my prayer for me, and at times, I knew God was giving me the prayer to pray at that moment.\u00a0 I want to share some portions that I can remember of my communion with God tonight, and I ask you to help me to pray these things.\u00a0 I want to see a move of God’s holy Spirit among His people!<\/span>
\n \u00a0<\/span>
\n Here are some of the thoughts, and some of the words the Lord and I said to one another tonight:<\/span>
\n \u00a0<\/span>
\n The happiest people on earth are those who have done the work they were given to do\u00a0 They are the people who were prepared at the moment Jesus gave them a task to perform. The happiest people on earth are those who have not missed their opportunities.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>
\n \u00a0<\/span>
\n The saddest people on earth are those who were unprepared when their moment came.<\/span>
\n \u00a0<\/span>
\n “Lord, deliver me from worldliness.\u00a0 Deliver me from the things that rob You of my time.\u00a0 Deliver me from the things that rob me of Your money.\u00a0 Deliver this body [of saints who meet in my home] from the things that rob You of their praise and that rob them of Your glory.\u00a0 Let me serve those who are truly seeking you.\u00a0 Let me know them and love them, and let them love and know these precious sheep here with me.”<\/span>
\n \u00a0<\/span>
\n At one point, I began to pray this prayer:\u00a0 “Lord, there are things we cannot change…”\u00a0 Then, the Lord finished the prayer for me, and He said:\u00a0 “… but things WILL CHANGE with sufficient prayer.”<\/span>
\n \u00a0<\/span>
\n Is there something in your life that you wish you could change?\u00a0 Then answer this question:\u00a0 Have you prayed enough about it?<\/span>
\n \u00a0<\/span>
\n Finally, the Spirit helped me pray this prayer:\u00a0 “Lord, to serve You and Your people is the most precious thing in this world!\u00a0 The most valuable thing in life is to be of value to Your people!\u00a0 Lord, give us value!\u00a0 Dwell among us!”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
