{"id":8839,"date":"2017-03-08T18:21:49","date_gmt":"2017-03-08T18:21:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pjhmail.wordpress.com\/?p=8839"},"modified":"2017-03-08T18:21:49","modified_gmt":"2017-03-08T18:21:49","slug":"jesus-rest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pastorjohnshouse.com\/mailbag\/8839\/jesus-rest\/","title":{"rendered":"Jesus&#8217; Rest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Good morning Pastor John,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">I just wanted to tell what Jesus did for me yesterday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">My math class is divided into 4 blocks of classes, each 2.5 hrs. \u00a0Because of this, you cannot miss more than 2 hours without being dropped from that block.\u00a0 Since I&#8217;ve been sick I was worried about my class last night.\u00a0 I was not well enough to go to school, so I wrote my teacher and explained I was sick and asked if there was anything I could do not to get dropped.\u00a0 I wrote her early in the morning and waited all day.\u00a0 I was really beginning to get worried. \u00a0I started talking to Jesus and asking Him to help me.\u00a0 I asked Him, &#8220;What can I do Lord?&#8221; \u00a0The spirit spoke and said, &#8220;Rest,&#8221; and a feeling of peace fell on me.\u00a0 So I closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep.\u00a0 About an hour before class I received an email from my teacher and she said not to worry; just log in to my class on computer lab and do what I can, and I would not be dropped!\u00a0 I was so thankful I started crying and thanking Jesus.\u00a0 Then the spirit spoke again and said, &#8220;I will take care of you; rest in Me.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">I&#8217;m so thankful for my life and for what Jesus has done for me.\u00a0 I love the rest that He gives!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Michelle<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good morning Pastor John, I just wanted to tell what Jesus did for me yesterday.
