{"id":9112,"date":"2017-04-16T21:29:50","date_gmt":"2017-04-16T21:29:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pjhmail.wordpress.com\/?p=9112"},"modified":"2017-04-16T21:29:50","modified_gmt":"2017-04-16T21:29:50","slug":"getting-tired","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pastorjohnshouse.com\/mailbag\/9112\/getting-tired\/","title":{"rendered":"Getting Tired&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">At this morning\u2019s meeting you spoke about being in meetings where people were praising God&#8212;without the truth&#8212;and it made you feel<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><b>tired<\/b>. \u00a0There was no \u201cmeat&#8221; to eat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">That\u2019s the way I felt when I texted you from a meeting in L.A., if you recall, where the praise and worship songs were amplified too loud and never-ending. . . .so I had to just go out for a walk to clear my spirit. \u00a0All that endless noise wore me out. \u00a0The holy Spirit was not in that place; or if it was, it was overwhelmed by the noise of people<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><i>trying too hard<\/i>to praise God, with no truth behind it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">And you added,<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><i>\u201cSometimes God\u00a0 puts you in a place like that, just to see what you feel, and what you will do\u2026\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">I went outside! \u00a0Took a walk. \u00a0Had some peace with God, because inside that building was a racket!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Noise is okay&#8212;if there\u2019s truth with it&#8212;but I couldn\u2019t feel it in there, and I got tired, too!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">It\u2019s sad when God\u2019s people are persuaded to go along with such a routine, where the praise feels \u201cforced\u201d by a band, in the flesh, instead of being led by the holy Ghost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Brad<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At this morning\u2019s meeting you spoke about being in meetings where people were praising God&#8212;without the truth&#8212;and it made you feel\u00a0tired. \u00a0There was no \u201cmeat&#8221; to eat.
